Account Security

7. Betting Rules

• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Your account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds obtained through violations) will be returned to you, minus any outstanding debts or penalties. However, if your account is closed due to fraud or serious violation, mix138 reserves the right to forfeit all funds and winnings.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break from gambling or are developing a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (6 months, 1 year, or permanent).
